We build plastic injection moulds, blow moulds, vacuum moulds, die cast moulds and press tools. With our extensive industry experience we can design tooling from your product drawing, compensate for shrinkage, design part lines, wedges, cores, runners, vents and ejection systems to ensure your tool works properly first time.

Investment in high precision machining centres means that we can machine cavities to extremely fine tolerances leaving almost invisible part lines. Our 50,000 RPM high speed machining adaptor will finish tools with minimal polishing using cutters as small as 1mm in diameter.

Electrodes for our two EDM machines are made on our CNC controlled machines meaning that multiple identical electrodes can be made to keep dimensions exact.

As serious toolmakers we have 2 surface grinders and a cylindrical grinder to ensure that precision is kept in-house.

Our CAD CAM software will read almost any drawing and can turn your on screen product into reality. We can compensate for shrinkage and engineer the moulding process to ensure that you get the product you want before we cut any steel.
